At Braveform, every piece is made in small batches with purpose and intention. Because of this, all sales are final — unless your item arrives damaged or defective, in which case we will always make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at braveformusa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

• Standard — $5.95 flat rate (5–8 business days)
• Express — $15 (2–3 business days)
• Free shipping on orders over $60

Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may take a little longer.
